Developed a specialized Copilot agent for network infrastructure in Microsoft Copilot Studio. Implemented integration with Microsoft Teams and created a SharePoint hub for various agents. Built the solution to use only pre-approved knowledge from internal datasets to ensure high accuracy. The chatbot makes it easier for consultants without deep networking backgrounds to quickly find precise explanations of technical terms.

Participated in developing a Navigator template for IEC 62443 to make risk assessments more accessible. Involved in all steps of Zone & Conduit Risk Assessment, with special responsibility for developing Excel sheets that automated parts of steps 2 and 5, and mapping zones and connections in step 3. As frontend developer, created CJA.tarek.gg using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—a user-friendly tool for structuring Crown Jewel analyses that can be exported as an image.

Led the Samsara project to improve business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. Provided strategic and tactical guidance on cybersecurity challenges, led a company-wide phishing awareness campaign, and served as assistant project manager. As PoC lead, designed and implemented cloud infrastructure for Out-of-Band and recovery environments using Terraform and Azure Landing Zones.

Conducted comprehensive risk assessment for GitHub Copilot, analyzing potential security risks including code generation vulnerabilities and data privacy concerns. Led internal review of Statement of Applicability (SOA) to ensure proper alignment of ISO 27001 controls within the Information Security Management System.

Migrated existing automated processes from Blue Prism to UiPath, significantly improving control, oversight, and maintaining modern standards. Developed new processes directly in UiPath in response to employee needs. Automated time-consuming, repetitive tasks that previously took 20 minutes down to 20 seconds.
